Developer's Terms


AWISH Developer Terms & API Policy

These Developer Terms govern the integration of third-party applications, websites, and services with AWISH. They apply to users, developers, agents, and partners utilizing AWISH’s API and platform services.



1. API System & Access


AWISH provides an API that enables third-party platforms to integrate with AWISH for data access, transactions, and other services. The following API policies apply:



  • The AWISH API is publicly available and can be used by developers, businesses, and partners.

  • Users must grant explicit permission before any third-party application can access their AWISH profile or transaction data.

  • Upon first use of a third-party app, users will be required to accept a one-time approval for data access.

  • Once approved, data sharing between AWISH and the third-party app will continue until revoked by the user.

  • To terminate access, users can delete their account on the third-party app or follow the termination procedures outlined by the third-party provider.

  • AWISH is not responsible for how third-party apps handle user data. Users should review the privacy policies and terms of third-party platforms before granting access.



2. Developer Responsibilities


Developers integrating their platforms with AWISH must adhere to the following:



  • Ensure compliance with AWISH API documentation and security standards.

  • Only request user data necessary for the app’s functionality.

  • Provide users with an option to revoke access to their data at any time.

  • Clearly disclose how user data will be used, stored, and protected.

  • Follow all applicable laws, including data protection and financial regulations.



3. User & Developer Relationship


Users interacting with third-party apps via AWISH should note:



  • AWISH does not control third-party platforms. Transactions, services, and issues with third-party apps must be addressed directly with the provider.

  • AWISH only facilitates initial access approval and transaction records but does not manage third-party business operations.

  • Refund requests related to third-party apps must be directed to the respective platform, as AWISH is not responsible for transactions made outside its direct services.



4. API Usage & Integration Policies


AWISH offers an open API system with the following features:



  • Publicly available API endpoints for authorized integration.

  • Secure authentication protocols to protect user data.

  • Transaction logging and reporting features to ensure transparency.

  • Limited access permissions based on user consent.



Revoking API Access


Users can revoke third-party access by:



  • Deleting their account on the third-party app.

  • Following the app's internal deactivation procedures.

  • Contacting the third-party provider for removal.



5. Agents & Partners


AWISH works with agents and business partners to promote and expand platform services. Agents and partners must:



  • Follow AWISH’s terms and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

  • Not misrepresent AWISH’s role or offer unauthorized services on behalf of AWISH.

  • Be responsible for their independent business activities.



6. Payment & Transactions


For platforms integrating AWISH payments, the following conditions apply:



  • All payments through third-party platforms must follow AWISH’s Payments Policy.

  • AWISH records transaction details but does not manage external financial operations.

  • Users must review third-party refund policies before engaging in transactions.



7. Liability Disclaimer


AWISH is not responsible for third-party platforms integrated with its services. This includes:



  • Loss of funds due to third-party platform failures.

  • Discrepancies in services offered by third-party providers.

  • Unauthorized access due to user-approved third-party app integrations.



8. Termination & Policy Updates


AWISH reserves the right to terminate API access or partnerships for violations of this policy. Users and developers will be notified of any significant changes.
