AWISH App Terms of Use

Welcome to the AWISH app. By accessing or using the AWISH app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AWISH app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have received parental consent to use this platform.
2. User Accounts
- You are required to create an account to access certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- AWISH reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for more than two months.
3. Permitted Use
- The AWISH app is designed to promote, train, and connect musicians, models, actors, and other talents.
- You agree to use the app only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
- Misuse the app to conduct fraudulent or unauthorized business activities.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm the platform.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
- By uploading content to the app (e.g., music, photos, or videos), you grant AWISH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content.
- You retain ownership of your content.
- You may not use AWISH’s name, logo, or other trademarks without prior written consent.
6. Payments and Monetization
- Payments to artists for monetized content will be made in accordance with AWISH policies.
- Users are responsible for ensuring all payment information provided is accurate.
7. Agents and Partnerships
- Agents working with AWISH must adhere to the Agent Contract and meet weekly recruitment targets.
- AWISH reserves the right to review and terminate partnerships that fail to meet agreed terms.
8. Suspension and Termination
- AWISH reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violating these terms.
- Any account engaging in prohibited activities or inactive for over two months may be deleted.
9. Privacy
Your use of the AWISH app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your data.
10. Liability
- AWISH is not responsible for user-generated content or activities conducted on the platform.
- AWISH will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
11. Modifications to the Terms
AWISH reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.
